Participants must be available to stay at our clinic for all of the dates listed above and/or in the notes below. All clinic stays and return visits are mandatory. Times are subject to change.

Medication type

It is being developed to restore normal levels of testosterone in patients with hypogonadism (patients with a decreased function of the gonads) or to treat aging men with partial androgen deficiency.
Dose: 1 or 2 mg testosterone

Notes

We are looking for men with low testosterone.
Participants who wear braces or dentures, or who have a tongue piercing are not eligible.
Six hours fasting before medical exam.
Don’t forget it’s important to drink lots of water prior to your medical exam. Fasting doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep hydrated!
Participants must eat a critical breakfast for one period and the others, they must be fasted prior to dosing.
Light smokers will need to abstain from smoking two hours prior and four hours after receiving the medication.

Blood volume: male 679 ml (18 blood draws per period).
