Medication type

This drug is indicated in the treatment of alcohol dependence.
Dose: 380 mg of naltrexone

Notes

Administration mode: subcutaneous.
Minimum weight: 66 kg.
All meals are critical.
Four hours fasting before medical exam.
Don’t forget it’s important to drink lots of water prior to your medical exam. Fasting doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep hydrated!
Subjects will remain in the prone position or on their side in beds for at least the first 4 hours following drug administration.
Overnight blood draws.
Blood volume: Male 115 ml/female 115 ml (32 blood draws per period).
